  1. Mix minced turkey with garlic, onion, carrot, spring onions, bamboo shoot. Then season it with oyster sauce, soysauce. Add egg white and mix well.
  2. Soak your long spring onion in hot water for a few mins then put them in cold water. Use paper towel to dry them.
  3. Separate your wonton sheet or filo pastry. Put the sheet on to your less dominant palm then add about 1 tbsp of the meat in. Squeeze the top of wonton lightly to close them up. Repeat until you wrap them all.
  4. Use one spring onion string to tie the top of your wonton wrap or filo pastry.
  5. On a medium heat pan, add cooking oil wait until it starts to get hot then add those money bags in 4-5 at the time. Keep turn them until all evening crispy and golden.
  6. Put them in kitchen towel to get rid of cooking oil. Serve them with sweet chilli sauce. Enjoy 😉
