  1. Get 4 bags of premade croutons, we use 14 oz bags.
  2. Prepare 1/2 lb butter
  3. Prepare 3 or 4 medium onion, chopped finely

  5. Get 32 oz chicken broth
  6. Take Spices
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp poultry seasoning

  1. Saute equal amounts of the chopped onions and celery in 1/2 of the butter.
  2. Once softened melt in remaining butter and spices.
  3. Allow to cool and hand mix with crountons.
  4. Pour broth over crounton mixture and continue to combine by hand until well mixed.
  5. Taste it! Adjust spices to your liking
  6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour, covered in a greased casserole dish. If you want a crispier top uncover for the last 15 minutes.
