Instructions to make Bite Size Pocket Samosa:
  1. Take boiled potatoes and mashed it. In the other pan, take oil. Once oil is hot add mustard and jeera. Add asfoitida too.
  2. Add crushed green chillies and ginger. Add mashed potatoes, green peas and other masalas.
  3. Mix it well. Cook for another 5 minutes without the cover.
  4. Take Samosa patties and cut it as shown in the picture. Make a slurry with wheat flour.
  5. Fold it as seen in the picture.
  6. Follow the same process with rest of the Samosa.
  7. Keep all samosa ready. Before frying, keep it ready corn starch slurry. Deep all four corners in that.
  8. Fry it on medium flame. Serve hot with chuteny.
