Fill the cone with two heaping tablespoons of the spicy potato mixture. Add the samosas in batches of four or five, being careful not to crowd.   2. Then prepare Aloo masala for Samosa by using all ingredients.
  3. Now make small….small balls for the samosa. Take a rolling pin and roll on the kitchen platform. Cut into halves and turn the roti and fill it with Aloo masala stuffing. Then keep it for 1 hr under a fan.
  4. Turn on the gas flame. Pour Oil for deep frying. The oil must not be too hot. Fry the samosa in lukewarm oil. One side done then flip it to other side and cook it in very slow and in middle Medium flame.
  5. Then same process in making other samosa.
  6. It's done have it with chutney or ketchup.
