  18. Get 1/4 tsp garam masala

Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Take a bowl add maida salt carrom seeds crush between your palm..mix it well.
  2. Now mix oil properly in the dough and start crumbling in your hand…so that proper moin resist..and make a dough with the help of water and cover it for 10 min..
  3. Now for the masala..take a pan add 1 -2tsp oil..add crushed coriander seeds and grated ginger.saute for a while then add peas. Add salt for faster cooking so that our peas getting soft..then add dry fruits..saute till they changing their colour
  4. Then add boiled potatoes and all the species..saute for10 min..then switch of tge flame and let the masala cool down
  5. Now take a maida dough knead the dough again..and divide the dough into ball size and take one ball and roll into chapati..and cut into half as shown in the pic
  6. Now take 1tbsp-2 tbsp not more than masala..and seal it with the help of water..
  7. Now take a oil heat it up medium to low flame..after the oil heat it up check the tenprature by dropping one tiny ball of maida..then drop your samosa minnium 3-4 and fry till it become golden and crispy from both the side
  8. When it golden brown and crispy from both the side take it out in a kitchen towel ya tissue paper and enjoy it with chutney/ketchup
