  12. Take 1 tsp Chaat masala

In traditional Indian cuisine, they are deep-fried (and that is still and option). Beef and potatoes are the main ingredients folded inside these wonderful deep fried samosas. Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose. My friend from Bangladesh gave me this savory, spicy recipe.

Instructions to make Samosa:
  1. Make a dough of all-purpose flour add salt in it.
  2. Peel potato chop into small pieces
  3. Heat oil crackle cumin seeds.add chopped potatoes all spices and salt.
  4. Prepare green chutney of coriander leaves green chilli and salt.
  5. Add it with the potato and give it a mix.
  6. Now prepare equal size balls.
  7. Roll it with a rolling pin.
  8. Fill in the stuffing (I had used samosa mould for making samosa.)
  9. Seal it properly,fry them in hot oil till golden brown.
  10. Yummy samosa ready.

Chicken livers may be substituted for beef, if you choose. My friend from Bangladesh gave me this savory, spicy recipe. Filling: Onion samosa is another variation where a spiced mixture of onions and poha (flattened rice) is filled in the samosa. Sweet samosa is also made with a stuffing of khoya (mawa), nuts and dry fruits. This is made usually during festivals like Diwali or Holi.
