  21. Make ready 1/4 tsp. Asafoetida
  22. Prepare As required Oil for fry
  23. Prepare as required Coconut chutney to serve

  4. For batter:- Mix batter n rice flour asofoetida salt red chilli powder garam masala pinch soda n pour 1tsphot oil on soda mix properly. Make batter like pakoda.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Coat colocasia samosa with batter n fry. Tasty innovative Colocasia Samosa is ready to serve. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
