  11. Get 1/4 tea spoon carrom seeds
  12. Make ready 2 table spoon sooji

Samosa is just so common in India. How to Reheat Samosas in the Air Fryer (Fried, Baked & Frozen) The air fryer is another good option to consider when thinking about reheating samosas. It will get them crispy and steaming hot, just as when they were first made. This is a good option to consider if you are trying to warm up fried, baked or even frozen samosas.

Instructions to make Hot Samosa:
  1. First take sooji, refined flour and oil and mix it well add carrom seeds and salt and make a tight dough and keep it aside.
  2. Now prepare for stuffing, cut potatoes into very small cubes and wash it well, put kadai on flame add two tavle spiin oil, crackle cumin seeds and chopped ginger and green chilli then put potatoes cubes and peas and stir it well. Add salt and red chilli powder and cover it with a lid and cook for some time.
  3. Add Amchur powder and roasted jeera powder and stir it well, cook openly for two minutes and add coriander leaves. Stuffing is ready.
  4. Now with the help of roller and pin make round shape and cut into half and make a cone shape and fill it with stuffing, seal it with Maida paste and shape it like samosa.do the same with all.
  5. Put a kadai on flame add oil, heat it and put 4-5 samosa at a time and deep fry it on low flame.
  6. Hot, spicy and tasty Samosas are ready to serve. Serve it with sweet tamarind chutney or tomato ketchup.

It will get them crispy and steaming hot, just as when they were first made. This is a good option to consider if you are trying to warm up fried, baked or even frozen samosas. To test if the oil is hot enough, add a tiny piece of dough to the oil and if it bubbles and floats on the surface, your oil is ready for frying. Add the samosas to the oil making sure not to overcrowd the pan, and reduce the flame to a simmer. Fry the samosas on a low flame till golden brown on either side.
