  15. Get 4 cups all-purpose flour
  16. Make ready 2 tbsp white oil
  17. Take 1 pinch hing
  18. Make ready as per taste Salt
  19. Get as needed Oil for frying

Fill the cone with two heaping tablespoons of the spicy potato mixture. Add the samosas in batches of four or five, being careful not to crowd. Indian potato samosas, also called Aloo Samosas, are one of my favorite Indian street foods. These savory snacks are spiced and wrapped in a flaky pastry dough.

Instructions to make Aloo Samosa:
  1. Heat all whole spices (1/2 tsp cumin seeds used here) for few minutes & grinding it.
  2. Heat a woke with oil…. tempting with Cardamon, cumin seeds and grated ginger. Added boiled potatoes, peas, chopped greenchilli & turmeric powder. Stirring it & frying it for few minutes.
  3. Now let them cool…then added penuts & dry spices. Make a lil bit tight dough with all dough ingredients. Roll it as like my picture…cut it from middle.
  4. Shape it like kone…. poured the mixture and sealed it. Fried them into deep frying oil.
  5. At the end served them with Green Chutney
