Cook the pasta in boiling water according to packet instructions. In a separate pan, melt the butter and add the flour. Gradually stir in the milk, whisking to get rid of any lumps. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon.

Instructions to make Pasta whith chesee and bacon:
  1. Boil the pasta in salty water for about 6 minutes.
  2. Melt the butter, flour, salt and pepper in a pan until a smooth paste formed, cook for 5 minutes.
  3. After 5 minutes warm the milk.
  4. While the milk is heating up strain the butter and flour paste through a sieve.
  5. Mix the milk and sieved butter paste until smooth.
  6. Add the chesse and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Cook the bacon how you like it. I left it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180°C.
  8. Mix evrithing together and serve.

Gradually stir in the milk, whisking to get rid of any lumps. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese and bacon. This dish is macaroni cheese with bacon, only with penne pasta! It's creamy, cheesy and packed full of flavour. Enjoy as a main course or as a side dish.
