  1. Take Good amount of coriander leaves
  2. Get 100 ml olive oil, extra virgin

  5. Get 3 whole prepared gilt head bream
  6. Take 2 medium onions, sliced

In the meantime, line a parchment paper on a baking tray and lay on the marinated fish. The skin should be lightly golden when the fish reaches its perfect doneness. Season the sea bream with salt and pepper inside and out. Mix the parsley, oregano, onion and garlic together, and use a bit of the mixture to stuff the inside of the fish.

Steps to make Oven Baked Sea Bream:
  1. Preheat the oven to 160 c.
  2. Salt the fish 2-4 hours before cooking.
  3. Cover the bottom of the tray with the onions.
  4. Place the fish over the onions.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients and transfer to the oven.
  6. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, adjust the timings depending on the size of your fish.

Season the sea bream with salt and pepper inside and out. Mix the parsley, oregano, onion and garlic together, and use a bit of the mixture to stuff the inside of the fish. Add half of the olive oil to a large baking tin (or enough to cover the surface). Layer on the fish together in the tin along with all of the vegetables and lemons. Sprinkle across the coarse sea salt and drizzle the remaining olive oil evenly over the fish.
