The ingredients needed to make Curd Mutton korma:
  1. Get 500 gm mutton (cut into cubes)
  2. Make ready 1/2 cup onion and garlic paste
  3. Make ready 2 tbsp ginger (shredded)
  4. Take 2 tbsp ghee/oil
  5. Make ready 2 tbsp meat masala
  6. Prepare 2-3 tbsp yoghurt (curd/dahi)
  7. Take 4 tbsp tomato puree
  8. Prepare 2-3 cup water
  9. Take 1 tbsp mint leaves (to garnish)
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Coriander chopped for garnish
  11. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
  13. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
Instructions to make Curd Mutton korma:
  1. In a pan add ghee, onion garlic paste shredded ginger, meat masala and covered at for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Add to yoghurt, tomato pure, and water mix well.Add mutton cubes cook for 15min.Stir in between.
  3. Add salt/pepper and coriander powder, red chilli powder,garam masala,mix well cook for 10 minutes
  4. Or till the meat is done.Allow it to stand 5min.Now garnish with mint leaves and coriander leave.Serve hot with Chatpati/rice.
