  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chorizo, onions and peppers. Saute for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add rice and coat in oil, finally add remaining ingredients mix well and allow to come to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook on low for 25-30 minutes until rice is fully cooked. Fluff up rice before serving and enjoy.
