  14. Make ready 3-4 tbsp water
  15. Prepare For steaming
  16. Take Steamer
  17. Prepare Oil for greasing
  18. Take For Tempering
  19. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  20. Prepare 1 tsp mustard seeds
  21. Take 2 tsp sesame seeds
  22. Prepare Red chilli powder
Instructions to make Watermelon Rind Muthiya:
  1. Take half watermelon take out the red portion and skin of it. Grate it in kneading plate, add left over Khichadi, both the flours.
  2. Chilli ginger garlic paste, all masala, salt, sugar.
  3. Lemon juice, oil mix it well if needed add water. Add Kasuri Methi.
  4. Knead soft dough. Grease the steaming plate. Put water in steamer put on Medium flame. Make small rolls with hand.
  5. Rolls, place it on grease steaming plate. Put the plate in steamer. Put on high flame. Steam it for 20-25 min.
  6. Do toothpick test. Let it cool down. Cut it into pieces. Now do tempering. Heat up the oil in pan add mustard seeds, let it crackled add sesame seeds, red chilli powder add Muthiya piece and serve with tea or coffee. Enjoy with Your family.
