Korma or qorma is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent, consisting of meat or vegetables braised with yogurt (dahi) or cream, water or stock, and spices to produce a thick sauce or gravy.   1. In a blender add yogurt, green cardamom, fried onion and water. Mix it well.
  2. Now heat the oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, sauté it, add whole spice & beef, mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes, add water, cover it with lid and let it - cook until beef tenders 90%. (Add water if required).
  3. Add yogurt, salt, red chilli powder & coriander powder, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add onion paste mix it well, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Cover the lid with & cook for 5 minutes on medium low flame.
  6. Sprinkle ginger and coriander and serve with paratha
