  7. Now add salt, chilli powder, sugar, garam masala and tomato puree.
  8. Cook till oil surfaces on the sides of the pan.
  9. Garnish with fried cashewnuts, almonds and coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with naan, chapatti or puri and rice.
