The ingredients needed to make Sheer korma:
  1. Make ready 1 lit milk
  2. Make ready 1 cup sugar
  3. Make ready 4 tsp crushed vermicelli
  4. Get 2 Tsp ghee or clarified butter
  5. Get 2 tsp Blanched & peeled Almonds
  6. Take 2 tsp Blanch, peeled Pistachios
  7. Take Resins
  8. Make ready 10-22 Boiled & deseeded Dried dates choharay
  9. Make ready 4 Green cardamom
Steps to make Sheer korma:
  1. 1st in big pot boil milk add 3 to 4 cardamoms & simmer it on liw flame.
  2. In another on low flame pan add ghee add cardamons, dried dates, almonds & fry them then add crushed vermicelli, pistachios & resins fry for 2 to 3 min till you got beautiful colour and aroma. Off the flame & keep it aside.
  3. In boiling milk carefully add your vermicelli & nuts cooled mixture slowly & gradually.
  4. Stir it continuously for 5 min on low flame then put it on dum for 5 min..
  5. Serve hot yummy Sheer qorma ready for treat..
