The ingredients needed to make Mughlai Egg Korma:
  1. Take 10 boiled eggs
  2. Get 200 gm thick curd
  3. Take 1/3 cup fried onions
  4. Get 1 tomato
  5. Make ready 1 tsp zeera(cumin) powder
  6. Get 1 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Get 1/2 tsp haldi(turmeric powder)
  8. Take 1 tsp garam masala
  9. Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  10. Get 2 tbsp ghee
  11. Get to taste Salt
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup coconut milk powder or 1/2 cup thick coconut milk
  13. Get as needed Coriander leaves for garnishing
Steps to make Mughlai Egg Korma:
  1. Grind the fried onion, tomato, salt, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, zeera powder, haldi and garam masala to a paste.
  2. Heat ghee in a vessel. Add the ground masala and cook till the raw smell goes away. Add little water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes till the ghee seperates. Adjust th gravy. Add the coconut milk and let it boil. Now add the boiled adds and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and Enjoy!
