  1. Prepare 4 potato boiled
  2. Make ready 1 potato slantly chooped for fries

  2. Take boiled potato and mash it and add all ingredients like Red chilli pws, gram masala, salt to taste, boiled peas and cormflour and mix well
  3. Make a round shape then fry it in hot oil till it turn golden colour. Serve hot and crispy
  4. Take potato slantly chopped then fry in hot oil so,fries are ready to serve.
  5. Serve it with tomato sauce also
