  1. Get 200 gms paneer cubes
  2. Prepare 15-20 baby corn
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp oil
  4. Get 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. Make ready 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. Take 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Take 1/2 tsp garam masala
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp kasuri methi
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup milk
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp fresh cream (optional)
  12. Take 1.5 tsp CIBA Paneer Masala
  13. Take To taste Salt
  14. Make ready To grind:
  15. Prepare 2 tsp oil
  16. Get 1 big onion, chopped
  17. Get 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  18. Make ready 2 big tomato, chopped
  19. Make ready 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  20. Prepare 1/4 cup chopped red capsicum
  21. Prepare 4-5 cashews
Steps to make Paneer corn korma:
  1. In a sauce pan add water, little salt and bring to boil. Add the baby corn and cook over medium heat until it becomes soft, about 5-8 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and wash in cold water. Trim the ends and cut into 1-inch long pieces. Set aside.
  3. In a kadai, heat oil and add onion. Fry till onion turns translucent. Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add capsicum, tomato and fry till the tomatoes have softened. Cool and grind with cashews to a smooth paste.
  5. In the same kadai, heat oil and add cumin seeds. When it sizzles add the ground paste and cook covered in medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasuri methi, CIBA paneer masala and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Add the baby corn, paneer cubes, salt and mix. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add milk, cream and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve with Roti, naan, or paratha.
