The ingredients needed to make Protein Balls:
  1. Take 1 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
  2. Take 1/2 cup peanut butter
  3. Prepare 1/3 cup honey
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup trail mix (choc. chips, nuts, dried fruit)
  5. Take 2 Tbsp. flax seeds
  6. Get 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  7. Get 1/4 tsp. coarse ground salt
Steps to make Protein Balls:
  1. Add all ingredients to large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine thoroughly. Place in fridge for 30 minutes to set.
  3. Remove and roll into equal balls; approximately 16. Place in ziplock bag and store in fridge for 2 weeks or freezer up to 3 months. Enjoy!
