  24. Take 1/2 inch Ginger

  27. Make ready 1-2 tablespoon Kasuri methi
Steps to make Shahi Murg Korma:
  1. Wash the drumsticks and rub lime, turmeric and salt on it. Prepare the marinade with hung curd and paste ingredients. and marinate the chicken with it.
  2. Refrigerate the marinated chicken for minimum 1 hour. Meanwhile prepare the gravy.
  3. Heat oil and butter in a pan and add the whole spices to it. Once you get the aroma from these add onion paste to it and cook.
  4. Once it gets cooked add marinated chicken to it not the marinade. Let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken marinade and cook for 8-10 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of honey to it.
  6. Add fresh cream to it and cook for another 2 minutes. Add water of required consistency add add garam masala to it and garnish with crushed kasuri Methi.
