Kimchi is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It is easy, it is quick, it tastes delicious. It is appreciated by millions every day. Kimchi is something which I have loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook kimchi using 14 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Kimchi:
  1. Get 1/2 Chinese cabbage
  2. Get Salt(2.5% of cabbage weight)
  3. Prepare 1/2 apple
  4. Make ready 15 g ginger
  5. Prepare 25 g garlic
  6. Make ready 1/4 onion
  7. Prepare 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  8. Get 40 g Korean chilli powder
  9. Take 1 tablespoon sugar
  10. Get 40 g salted small shrimp (option)
  11. Take 30 g green onion
  12. Get 30 g green leek
  13. Get 30 g carrot
  14. Get 100 g Daikon radish
Steps to make Kimchi:
  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage half at the core and divide it into three parts.
  2. Sprinkle salt on Chinese cabbage, deflate in a plastic bag and close. Place the weight and soak for 1 day or more.
  3. Two days later, squeeze the Chinese cabbage to drain the water.
  4. Cut the vegetables into 4 cm pieces, take the core of the apple, and peel the ginger.
  5. Put apples, garlic, ginger and onions in a food processor to make a smooth paste.
  6. Put paste, vegetables, fish sauce, salted small shrimps, Korean chili powder and sugar in a bowl and mix well by hand.
  7. Put the kimchi mixture on the core of Chinese cabbage. Put the kimchi in plastic bag and put the kimchi mixture on top.
  8. Keep in refrigerator and you can eat from one day after.
