  4. Knead soft dough by adding another 1/4 cup water
  5. Let the dough proof at warm place for ~6 hours
  6. After that divide the dough into 6-7 equal parts
  7. Roll into oval shape
  8. Apply water on one side of the naan
  9. Cook on iron tawa the wet side down
  10. Once you see bubbles on the top, flip it on to direct flame
  11. Apply butter and enjoy with your favourite curry
