  1. On a medium heat, melt the butter in a pot and sautee all the vegetables with the salt, pepper, allspice and paprika EXCEPT for the dill and mushroom (will add them in the end). Cook for 10 minutes until slightly soft.
  2. In the meantime, add 750ml of water in a saucepan + bay leaf + salmon skin. Bring to boil. (Or use fish stock instead if available)
  3. Once the vegetables are soft, add the strained fish broth that you prepared + diced salmon + dill + cream and simmer on medium to low heat for ~ 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft as desired and the salmon is cooked.
  4. Add the mushroom slices and cook for two or three more minutes.
  5. I added a bit of olive oil right before I turned off the heat.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy in this cold weather! β™₯️
