  1. Take 900 g Potatoes
  2. Prepare 2 Medium Leeks
  3. Make ready 1.5 l Vegetable Stock

  2. Slice the leeks into roughly 2cm think discs.
  3. Chop up the onion into chunks.

  5. Prepare your vegetable stock and pour over the vegetables.
  6. Put slow cooker on high for 3 hours or medium heat for 4-5.
  7. Use a stick blender until is smooth.
  8. If it’s too think add a little water and stir. Stir in salt and peppers to taste!
