  2. In a pan add ghee and let it melt on medium heat. Once melted add wheat flour and roast for 2 minutes. Keep stirring at all times. Add the semolina and let it cook until golden brown. Add the nuts butter, cardamom powder, coarsely ground nuts and coconut powder and mix well.
  3. Turn of the gas and add jaggery and mix well. Transfer in a tray and garnish with slivered pistachios and shredded coloured coconut. Cut the desired shape immediately and let it cool before storing.

We have a peanut allergy in our family, and this is a great nut butter with no peanuts. It has some seeds in it, so it's the "crunchy" style nut butter, and if you like the smooth type, you probably won't like this.
